Rewards Based Program
I offer two levels of programming. All with weekly check-ins (not daily), at a mutually agreed time and day of the week, weekly tasks, motivation & accountability keep you focused and on track, and rewards and punishment.
Either Training or Nutrition
One month of fully customized weights and cardio or a personalized macronutrient and calorie profile. Either program includes 1 x weekly check-in and program adjustments as necessary. Payment due on 1st or 15th, depending on when you start.

Discount
If you pay six months in advance, you will get a 10% discount or a 15% discount if you sign up for a year and prepay. These discounts will only apply for the first 6 or 12 months.
Conditions of Contract
Full health screening
There is a compulsory health screening that needs to be completed before commencing my exercise program.
Fees
Fees are to be paid in advance in US$.
Payment Method
Payment can be made using Wise (preferred) or PayPal.
Cancellation
Cancellation of month to month services require 21 days notice. I will only consider shorter cancellation periods on presentation of a medical certificate.

Expertise
I am not a dietician or medical doctor, so cannot prescribe diets or medical advice. In such cases, I will refer you to another professional.
Health Conditions
If you have any health conditions that may impact your ability to exercise, please consult a medical professional prior to engaging my services. In some cases, I may require a medical certificate.
Chastity
If at any time your chastity device causes pain, remove it immediately. Not responsible for medical issues caused by your selection and wearing of a chastity device.
