After I get to know your current physical and health state, I will set a goal for you. Chastity can be very effective in weight loss and physical fitness. The longer you have to abstain, the more aroused you will be. This will motivate you to work harder at your goal. Your reward can be an orgasm on successful completion of your goals. Your punishment can be continuation of orgasm denial, but for some people, orgasm denial itself is not a sufficient punishment. Well this depends on your motivation and time you focus on achieving your goals. Some goals can be achieved in a week or as long as a month. I have found that when a period of time has gone by I have a very willing client who will do everything in their power to meet my demands and get released.

Yes of course. I have many clients that have never heard of chastity. I have just found chastity brings a certain intensity and focus on achieving goals, but I will find other ways to motivate you.
No I'm not a Domme, but I'm very dominant in some aspects of my life, especially training clients. I will be very demanding and strict, but at the same time supportive, because we both have the same goal of improving your health and well being.
